STRATIS by Realpage serves as the primary system of record, while PDK’s retrofit-ready, dealer-friendly hardware supports both new construction and existing communities. Together, the platforms help onsite teams manage roles, permissions, unlocks, visitor access, audits, and reporting through a single interface.
